• December 1 – 19, 2008 $155.00/night per person (plus applicable taxes)
• January 4 – February 12, 2009 $205.00/night per person (plus applicable taxes)
• February 13 – April 12, 2009 $235.00/night per person (plus applicable taxes)
• April 13 – June 26, 2009 $120.00/night per person (plus applicable taxes)

*Packages are available at First Tracks Lodge. Based on a double occupancy, minimum of 14 attendees, and two days of meetings. Please note that prices are subject to a 10% Hotel Tax and 5% GST. Prices are subject to availability and minimum night stays may apply.
