Q: Where do I check in?

A: Guests staying at First Tracks Lodge will check in at our sister property Legends, located next door to First Tracks Lodge. The address is 2036 London Lane. Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.

Q: Is First Tracks Lodge pet-friendly?

A: No, unfortunately, it does not allow pets.

Q. Is parking available on-site?

A: Yes, First Tracks Lodge has a heated underground parking garage. Parking is $17 + tax per vehicle per night. The garage is 7 Feet 8 Inches / 2.3 meters.

Q: Is there somewhere to park my oversized vehicle?

A: Yes, however, it is not secure and we recommend that oversize vehicles are left at home.

Q: Is there bike storage?

A: Yes, there are bike racks located on P3 in the secure underground parking lot.

Q: Is there ski storage?

A: Yes, there are guest lockers located on the lobby level. Guests are provided with the combination code to the corresponding locker by the Front Desk

Q: What are the hours of the pool and fitness room?

A: The pool and hot tubs are open from 10 AM to 10 PM, the fitness room, and steam room are open from 5 AM to 10 PM.

Q: Are there BBQ's at First Tracks Lodge? Can I reserve these in advance?

A: Yes, there is a common BBQ and BBQ utensils for guest use located on the pool deck. The BBQ's are available on a first come first serve basis.

Q: Does First Tracks Lodge have wireless internet? If so, what is the cost?

A: Yes, it does have wireless internet at no additional fee. All of the connection details are listed in the information binder of your mountain home.

Q: Do you have daily housekeeping?

A: Yes, we provide daily removal of trash and changing of towels, if necessary. Sheets are refreshed every 3rd day.

Q: Does First Tracks Lodge have a standard minimum length of stay requirement?

A: Typically there is a 2 night minimum on Friday night and a 3 night minimum on Saturday night. Holiday periods and event days can have up to a 7 night minimum length of stay requirement applied.

Q. If I am not travelling can I pay for another guest's reservation? (friend, family, co-worker)

A. No, we do not accept 3rd party bookings. The credit card holder must be present at the time of check in.

Q: How far is it from Whistler Creekside to Whistler Village?

A: Whistler Village is 5KM/3M North of Whistler Creekside, which is between a 10-15 minute bus or taxi ride.

Q: Does the Creekside Gondola run year round?

A: The newly upgraded Creekside Gondola runs daily for summer operations from mid-May through the Thanksgiving long weekend in October. The Gondola then starts spinning daily for the winter season at the end of November until mid-April. Please see full hours of operation here

Q: Do you have a restaurant onsite?

A: Yes, Dusty’s Bar & BBQ is located in Legends (access from outside) and operates for lunch and dinner in during the winter, spring and summer and closes in the fall.   

Q: Why stay in Whistler Creekside? 

A: Whistler Creekside is a quiet alternative to Whistler Village, it features all of the necessities including; restaurants, a grocery store, a liquor store and so much more. The Whistler Creekside gondola is also accessible from Creekside Village steps from Lodging Ovations' properties. For the latest update on the 2022.23 opening of the new Whistler Creekside Gondola, please visit our blog post.

Q: How do I get from Whistler Creekside to Whistler Village? 

A: Guests can choose to use Whistler's public bus system, The Wave. The cost is $2.50 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the front desk or on the bus. The wave runs 22 hours a day only breaking between 3 AM and 5 AM, It can be caught at the stop located outside of Legends. Guests can also choose to take a taxi, this costs approximately $12 and can accommodate up to 6 people. 

Q: Does First Tracks Lodge have an electric vehicle charging station?

A: Yes, there is an electric vehicle charging station in the underground parking garage at First Tracks Lodge.

Q: Is smoking permitted?

A: No, smoking is not allowed inside or on balconies of any units. A $200 fine is applicable for smoking on any balcony per the By-Law. Fines for smoking indoors will vary depending on damages involved.
