Located only a short stroll from our hotel, this restaurant is an absolute must-do on your trip to Whistler. Serving up mature West Coast cuisine with a focus on seasonality, it’s easy to see why this restaurant has received such good reviews and multiple awards. Red Door Bistro

Another local Creekside favourite, Red Door Bistro is one of Whistler’s best-kept secrets. The intimate restaurant, with mood lighting and relaxing decor, sets the scene for one of the best French meals you’ll ever have. Enjoy a slice of Paris in Whistler with a dish of bouillabaisse or wild boar cooked by head chef RD Stewart. To finish there are some classic French desserts on the menu, with the vanilla creme brulee being the standout choice. The wine list has been carefully curated to match the dishes served, but Red Door Bistro also has the option of guests bringing their own bottle.

The Bearfoot Bistro

The Bearfoot Bistro offers a complete dining experience. The large, premium restaurant serves modern fine dining cuisine. From miso braised king oyster mushrooms, west coast rockfish and pan-seared scallops, the menu has modern takes on classic dishes. The experience doesn’t finish with the meal though. You can try your hand at sabering a bottle of champagne. Impress your friends by slicing the top off a bottle with a decorative sword! After dinner why not move into the Ketel One Ice Room for a vodka drink in a bar completely made of ice. The temperature in the bar is -32C so you’ll definitely want to wear the warm winter coats that they provide.
